It was wonderful to see the community come together for the July 4th celebrations! As usual, there are quite a few dishes and utensils leftover from the potluck. We have left them outside the door of the clubhouse so you can retrieve them easily. Please pick them up by the end of the weekend!

We have finally received the proposed traffic calming measures from Loudoun County and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Please see the below map for the proposed plan details.
To summarize, the county has proposed the following measures based on the speed and volume data collected back in fall of 2016.
The proposed changes consists of these measures:
1. Additional Watch for Children Signage
2. Additional Fine for Speeding with appropriate signage
3. Returning the intersection at Dinah Place and Black Branch Parkway to a three way stop
4. Adding stop signs on Waxwing Drive and Indigo Drive
5. Addition of two speed humps
On Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 PM, we will be having a meeting at the Clubhouse with representatives from Loudoun County. This will be an opportunity to ask questions on the proposed plan directly to the county.
As part of this process, we require signatures from homeowners in the neighborhood. We will begin collecting these signatures on the plan at the meeting on the 22nd.
We will also be collecting signatures during our 4th of July neighborhood event.
Members of the traffic calming committee may go door to door to obtain the remaining signatures.
We encourage anyone who has concerns or questions about the proposed plan to please attend the meeting on June 22nd at 7:00 PM.
Covenants Inspections begin today and will continue the rest of the week. To view a list of the most common violations as well as other Architectural Review and Covenants, please see the Community Information section of the website.
