Holiday Trash Collection

Holiday Tree Collection for our neighborhood will occur on Wednesday, January 3rd and Wednesday, January 10th.  Please place your tree at the curb the night before and remove all decorations.  Do not place trees in plastic bags.  Artificial trees will not be accepted and fees will apply for tree removal after the dates listed above.

In addition, we are reaching that time of year for inclement weather, which may affect our trash collection.  When trash service is cancelled due to inclement weather, CSI will return on the next regularly scheduled collection day.  All updates will be posted to the CSI website (www.csidisposal.com) and we will try to update this website as well.

Snow Reminder

Happy Friday GMP!

Our first snow of the year is expected overnight and Saturday morning with projections between a bust of <1” to a boom of 6”.  We have confirmed with our snow removal contractor they are ready to serve us as needed.

As a courtesy to your neighbors (and our 4 legged friends), please remember to clear your sidewalks and access to mailboxes in a timely manner once the snow stops.

Santa Parade Reminder

New HOA Board of Director Members

Congratulations to the two new members of the HOA Board - Chad Thompson and Nick Holmes!  In addition, Jeremy Baker has been re-elected to a second term.  We would also like to thank Randy Duncan and Kerry Oldfield for their years of service.  

HOA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting and Election of Officers will be held on Tuesday, December 5th at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse.  In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, please execute your Proxy to ensure the necessary quorum of owners is established.
