We would like to remind neighbors that all holiday decorations, including lights, must be taken down by January 31st in accordance with the HOA Architectural Review documents. Our next HOA meeting will be held on February 6th at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse. We hope to see you there!
Holiday Tree Collection for our neighborhood will occur on Wednesday, January 3rd and Wednesday, January 10th. Please place your tree at the curb the night before and remove all decorations. Do not place trees in plastic bags. Artificial trees will not be accepted and fees will apply for tree removal after the dates listed above.
In addition, we are reaching that time of year for inclement weather, which may affect our trash collection. When trash service is cancelled due to inclement weather, CSI will return on the next regularly scheduled collection day. All updates will be posted to the CSI website (www.csidisposal.com) and we will try to update this website as well.

Our first snow of the year is expected overnight and Saturday morning with projections between a bust of <1” to a boom of 6”. We have confirmed with our snow removal contractor they are ready to serve us as needed.
As a courtesy to your neighbors (and our 4 legged friends), please remember to clear your sidewalks and access to mailboxes in a timely manner once the snow stops.
