Therefore, we're thrilled to provide a rewarding incentive for those taking the lead on community events or initiatives.

Starting from June 1st, if you take the lead in organizing a community event or initiative, you will be eligible to receive a FREE Clubhouse Rental as a token of our gratitude! This is an excellent chance for you to make a mark on our neighborhood, engage with fellow community members, and create events that resonate with everyone.

The Clubhouse, our community hub, is a fantastic venue with plenty of space for gatherings, parties, meetings, or any other event you can dream up. Whether you want to organize a community clean-up day, a movie night, a seasonal party, this offer provides an excellent platform to bring your ideas to life.

So, are you ready to step up, make a difference, and bring our community closer together while also enjoying the perks of a free clubhouse rental?

UPDATE - Easter Egg Hunt

Due to forecasted weather we have made the difficult decision to MOVE Saturdays egg hunt, donuts and coffee to Sunday March 24th at noon. Please consider volunteering and if you have signed up already please remove your sign up if you are now unable to attend. I know this may be disappointing, but hopefully many will still be able to attend.

TONIGHT’s EGG HUNT is still on for 8pm!!!! Dress warmly and bring a hot toddy! Thank you to everyone for your help and understanding!

Our annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting, held last evening, was a significant event, marked by important announcements and decisions that pave the way for the future of our community.

Welcome to Our New Board Member
We are thrilled to welcome Allison Shannon to our Board of Directors. Allison's enthusiasm and fresh perspectives are anticipated to bring valuable contributions to our community's ongoing growth and development.

Thanking Jeremy Baker
As we embrace new beginnings, it's essential to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jeremy Baker for his dedicated years of service on the Board of Directors. Jeremy, along with his entire family, has been instrumental in creating cherished community events such as the 4th of July celebrations, Movie Nights, Halloween festivities, and more. His commitment to maintaining the unique environment of our community has been exemplary. Thank you, Jeremy, for your unwavering service and leadership.

Looking Ahead to 2024
The upcoming year brings both exciting opportunities and challenges that require our collective attention. Recent acts of vandalism, particularly the damage to the Village Greene Gazebo and the tot lot equipment, have been a concern. While we have video footage of these incidents, we encourage anyone with additional information to step forward. This will greatly assist in our discussions and planning for repairs. Current estimates for the gazebo repairs range between $4,000 and $5,000. We are determined to address these challenges and continue enhancing our community's environment and facilities. Your support and cooperation in these efforts are invaluable.

As we step into 2024, the board remains committed to fostering a vibrant, safe, and thriving community. We look forward to your active participation and support in making our neighborhood an even better place to live.

But wait..there’s more!
Let’s come together as a community this Saturday for our annual Grinch Parade for Charity and support those less fortunate by collecting new and gently used books for Loudoun Literacy Council.  The Grinch Parade travels throughout GMP and books will be collected along the way or can be dropped off at the clubhouse.  Come join the fun and help support this Saturday, Dec 9th from 330-5pm.
