Reminder - New Trash Company - Bates Trucking

As a reminder, our new trash company, Bates Trucking, will begin their first pick up on Friday (Jan 4th). Recycling (this week only) is planned for Saturday (Jan 5th).

Christmas Tree pick up is planned for Friday Jan 4th, Tuesday Jan 8th, and Friday Jan 11th.

Normal schedule is planned to start on Tuesday Jan 8th with pickups on Tuesdays and Fridays.

At this time, there are no plans to replace trash and recycling bins with this change in servicing company.

Additionally, it is recognized that the stationary trash cans throughout the community have been full. We have notified our landscaping company as they are responsible for emptying those stations, as well we have notified Bates Trucking of their responsibility to pick up the trash/recycling from the community center parking lot bins.

While we hope things will go as planned this week and next, the reality is that we may see some learning curve hiccups with the new company. We appreciate everyone’s patience in advance as we work through this transition.
