Holiday Decorations

As a friendly reminder, holiday decorations are to be taken down within one month after the holiday.

From Architecture Standards and Guidelines..

III. O. “…Holiday ornaments are allowed during holiday seasons. They may be installed no more than one month prior to the holiday and must be removed within one month after the holiday. Holiday lighting must follow the Guidelines under "Exterior Lighting". “

III. P. “…Temporary decorative holiday and festive lighting does not need approval. However, lighting may be installed no earlier than one month prior to use and must be removed within one month after the holiday or function. Permanent installation is not allowed.”

Proxy Vote This Tuesday

As notified via US Mail, a proxy vote meeting is going to take place at the clubhouse on January 7, 2020 at 7pm regarding the commercial lot.

The board continues to hold the position that purchasing the lot provides the greatest opportunity to ensure the harmony of the community is maintained for years to come.  With many voices indicating an opposing view and call for the proxy vote to rescind, the board encourages every association member to be equally represented and have their voices heard by their presence or by proxy.

Please come to the meeting to be heard, discuss, and vote. If unable to attend, contact anyone of the board members for assistance in delivering your executed proxy.

Thank you, bring a neighbor, and we look forward to seeing everyone.
