How do I stay on top of "What's going on in GMP?"

B.U.S.Y. We all are!

Between this website, Next Door, Facebook, Instagram… how do you manage staying on top of what’s going on in our neighborhood?

These are a few tips to help:

  • Check your preferred social media channel, monthly, to be routed to the Social Calendar’s page for an at a glance review of what’s coming up!

  • Lean into the Social Calendar page, and have it be your go to for all details regarding upcoming events.

    • Pro tip to not miss remembering something you may want to do: Save the date! You can download a specific event’s calendar invite to add to your personal calendar (i.e. Outlook, Apple, Google, etc.)

  • GMP’s Facebook page will “pin” a post that drives you to the Social Calendar

  • Search Next Door for a “What’s going on in GMP?” post that also drives you to the Social Calendar.

Community events don’t happen without YOU, but coordinating and sending reminders continues to be challenging. Centralizing all information to the https://greenemillpreserve.com/ website will be a primary focus moving forward. Please bookmark it and sign up for subscribe (at the bottom of this page) to get emailed updates to stay in the “know” for all things Greene Mill Preserve.

Questions? Let the HOA Board know, we’re here to help!

GMP Vision Committee - Who is your "Go to" for projects?

Dear Neighbors,

We are excited about the plans we are formulating to bring improvements to Greene Mill Preserve!

With that said, we are tapping our resources; are you or a close contact a contractor or tradesperson? We are compiling a list of referred resources to provide bids as we formulate improvement projects including but not limited to:

-fence/ gate

-Commercial landscape design

-Recreational construction

Please visit the following google form for further referral requests:

Please also include personal/ homeowner contractors as we will also be working on publishing the list on our HOA website as an additional community resource for your own home projects.

Ready to host, but your house isn't?

Are you ready to get friends and family together this Spring or Summer, but the house isn’t quite post-2020 ready for guests?

We have you covered right in the heart of our community! The GMP Clubhouse is a great option to consider and is available for booking online.

The recently renovated clubhouse provides the comforts of home with plenty of seating, a full kitchen, wifi, large flatscreen TV and audio system you can connect to via your iPhone. All reservations are full-day so you will have plenty of time to set up, have fun, and clean up after your event.

GMP 2021 Pool Season is a Go!

We are a 'Go' for swimming this summer! Pool season starts Saturday, May 29th.

Current conditions and State of Virginia Covid-19 restrictions indicate we can safely open the pool for this summer season with some slight adjustments to accommodate cleanings and related regulations.

In other Good News, we are in the process of renovations on the Pool House. We think you will like the improvements which will reflect improvements made last year to the Clubhouse.

Note: Pool operations and hours will be subject to guidelines established by the State of Virginia. https://www.virginia.gov/coronavirus/
