Greene Mill Preserve Association Members Annual Meeting
/Thank you to the large attendance and constructive conversation in this evening's Homeowners Association Meeting.
Congratulations to Karin Arnold for being elected to a new 3 year term on the Board of Directors this evening.
As we welcome Karin, we want to say a big thank you to Joe Payne for his 8 years of service on the Board of Directors. Joe has been a champion of all that makes our community great.
Joe’s leadership from improving the safety of our roads, to being besties with Santa and a pal with the Grinch, to supporting our Social committee leads, to working with county and utility leadership to protect GMP from impact of county growth, to driving improvements throughout the community including the interior and exteriors of our Clubhouse, Patio, Poolhouse and recent addition of the walking bridge connecting Wilderness Acres and Dinah Pl have all made Greene Mill Preserve a place we will continue to enjoy for years to come. Thank you again Joe.
In Executive Session, the board agreed to the following positions (Jeremy Baker - President; Nick Holmes - Vice President; Chad Thompson - Treasurer; Stephanie Duffy - Secretary; Karin Arnold - Member At Large).
